冷卻照明用大功率 LED的回路熱管的測試

    摘 要:LED(Light Emitting Diode,發(fā)光二極管)具有節(jié)能、壽命長等優(yōu)點,將成為一種新型固體照明器件,但由于功率大,導(dǎo)致LED芯片結(jié)點溫度升高,而直接影響著LED的出光效率、峰值波長、器件壽命等,因此解決LED的散熱成了近年來大功率LED發(fā)展照明用的s*要問題。探討了一種用于冷卻照明用大功率LED的平板式回路熱管散熱器。研究表明,在輸入功率從5W增加到20W時,熱管啟動時間從30分鐘降低到10分鐘左右;在輸入功率20W時,模擬LED芯片結(jié)點溫度穩(wěn)定地控制在60℃左右,在輸入功率30W時,熱管熱阻0.48K/W,相對于以往LED金屬散熱體,熱阻下降。

The testing of a loop heat pipe cooling device for high power illumination LED

Abstract In this study, a loop heat pipe cooling device for high power lighting LED was developed. The experimental results of the cooling system show that the starting time of the heat pipe decreased from 30minutes to about 10 minutes when the heat input increased from 5W to 20W and the junction temperature of the simulated LED chip was around60℃ steadily for the heat flux of 20W. In addition, the thermal resistance of the heat pipe was only 0.48K/W with the heat flux of 30W.In Chinese.
